Terms of Service
Last updated: 13 June 2026
1. Who we are
Pizza911.ai is operated by Gastroexpress GmbH, Rosenheimer Str. 30-32, 81669 München, Germany (see the Impressum). By using the service you agree to these terms.
2. What Pizza911 does
Pizza911 helps businesses plan large pizza orders for offices, takes payment for the order and issues a business invoice. The food is prepared and delivered by a verified pizza chain using its own delivery fleet. Pizza911 is not a courier service and does not itself deliver the food.
3. Business accounts and sign-in
The service is intended for business use. You sign in with a work email — either via a one-time code, or with “Continue with Google” / “Continue with Microsoft”. Personal email domains (Gmail, Outlook, etc.) are not accepted. You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for orders placed under it.
4. Orders, payment and invoicing
When you confirm an order you authorise payment to Pizza911 and receive a business invoice. An order is only accepted once a restaurant with capacity to fulfil it at your address is confirmed; if none is available, you are not charged. Delivery times (ASAP or a scheduled slot) are estimates and depend on the restaurant.
5. Delivery and restaurant responsibility
Preparation, food quality and delivery are carried out by the restaurant with its own fleet. We pass your order and delivery details to that restaurant so it can serve you.
6. Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the service — no fraudulent orders, automated abuse, or interference with the platform. We may decline or cancel orders and suspend accounts that breach these terms.
7. Liability and governing law
To the extent permitted by law, Pizza911 is not liable for indirect or consequential loss; nothing here limits liability that cannot be excluded by law. These terms are governed by German law, with jurisdiction in München where permitted.
