Pizza911

Frequently asked questions

Is Pizza911 a delivery service?

No — we don't run couriers. Pizza911 builds your order, takes the payment and issues a business invoice; the order is prepared and delivered by a verified pizza chain using its own delivery fleet.

Why do you require a business email?

Pizza911 sells to companies: the order is tied to your company account and the invoice is issued for your business. That's why personal providers (Gmail, Hotmail, GMX, iCloud, Proton, etc.) are not accepted — use your work email.

What does the email verification confirm?

That the order confirmation and the invoice reach a real work mailbox. Sign-in is a one-time code — we never store a password.

Can I choose the delivery time?

Yes. ASAP — the restaurant starts right away, delivery in about 90 minutes — or a scheduled slot: 15-minute steps inside the 09:00–21:00 window, up to 30 days ahead. The earliest slot is about 2 hours from now.

Which countries are supported?

Enter any address — we check live which restaurants can take a large order at your building and show the result before you pay. Most coverage today is in Germany and Poland; new markets are on the way.

What if no restaurant covers my address?

You'll see that honestly before any payment — we only take money for an order a restaurant actually has the capacity to deliver.

Are all listed restaurants partners?

No. We only filter by own-delivery capacity (no Lieferando / Wolt / Just Eat fulfillment), but we do not call any of them a 'partner' unless an explicit opt-in exists.

How do I pay?

You pay online when confirming the order and receive a single business invoice from Pizza911 — one document for accounting, no cash handling with the restaurant.
